Some info about the product:
* Includes a .unitypackage file. Most of the other files are currently in a .zip file
* Includes a Blender file with a node setup designed for ease of editing and baking the colors for the main textures.
* The avatar is set up for full body tracking!
* Comes with 3 different tails and 3 types of ears! There's a set for cats, canines, and bunnies!
* Has physbones already set up for all 3 tails, all 3 types of ears, the whiskers, and both types of hair.
* Also has toggleable physbones for the tummy, butt, the paw toes, and breasts.
* Has visemes and gestures.
* Has shapekeys for facial tracking! (Note: Facial tracking not fully tested. Users interested in that should read below the main requirements for more info)
The pink canine, gray feline, and orange feline are visual examples in the Unity package of what you can do with the assets and will likely not be maintained. Updates will likely be on the brown "bunny" as a default as they have all 3 sets of ears and tails so I recommend editing them to your liking. The Blender texture file will also be based around the brown "bunny" and does not include the other examples.
The performance level I believe is very poor but may vary depending on if you delete assets you don't intend to use before uploading. From what I checked in Blender with some combinations you can get under 70k triangles if you delete the ears/tails/fluffs you don't intend to use and if you don't include the socks in some cases. The body itself with no accessories, ears, tails, or hair was 44,018 triangles when I checked in Blender.
The avatar currently isn't Quest compatible (tested on PC only). All characters shown are 18+ years old.
Requirements (they're free):
VRChat Creator Companion using VRCSDK3 and Unity Version 2022.3.22f1 (you may also need Unity Hub)

VRCFury
If you want to use the texture editor you'll need Blender (I used version 4.4.3)
And you'll need to know how to upload avatars to VRChat
Facial tracking additional requirement and info:
If you have the hardware for facial tracking I'm not sure what you install locally but for the Unity project I used something like "VRCFT - Jerry's Templates" and put the applicable one on the model. You may need to find and install from the repository for that to work, I'm not sure.
Please note that I don't have facial tracking to test and debug it properly so that feature may not work, please be ok with that before purchasing. I've tested a facial tracking version in Unity using sliders and I think what all I tested activated except the following motions: PupilDilation NoseSneer LipSuckUpper LipSuckLower LipFunnel MouthDimple MouthPress. As I set up the gestures using VRCFury I haven't figured out how to fully follow the instructions for auto gesture disabling as well. If any of you have tested it please let me know!
Also the facial tracking attempt version likely doesn't have the same features and menu options due to removing stuff to free parameters for the facial tracking.

You may upload relevant files as a personal, private, non-commercialized upload to 3d social applications.
You may make and distribute commercial assets intended for the Mitiga so long as none of the Mitiga assets are used or distributed.
You may not sell the assets even if modified or kitbashed.
You may not claim ownership of the assets provided even if they are modified.
You may make public or clonable avatars in free to use 3d social applications as long as I am credited with a link to my store, the assets are not commercialized, the assets are not paywalled, the assets are not used to advertise something else, and the assets cannot be accessed in a way that allows use outside of the application that it was loaded in.
You may not distribute or share the assets provided, even if modified, except as what this Terms of Use has specifically listed.
You may not use the assets provided in any other commercial way except as what this Terms of Use has specfically listed.
You may not use any of the assets provided for hate speech, harm, political uses, religious uses, AI training, or illegal activities.
You accept full responsibility for all problems, risks, losses, or damages that may be caused by using the assets provided.
The assets are provided "as is" and come with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.
I may edit or change the Terms of Use at any point without notice and by continuing to use the assets provided you agree to follow the new terms.

Mostly due to updates, edits, or changes what is shown may be different than what is advertised or sold. Refunds are not available on digital purchases. The content I edited or created for the ads is likely not included in the purchase. Some of the animations or pictures shown were rendered in Blender though the footage in the beach world was from in app (beach world environment and objects not included.).
I reserve all rights and copyrights to the applicable assets and designs that I created. All other rights, copyrights, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Update Log (likely not comprehensive):
V1.04 released! Changes should include:
* Edited the holiday dress including the weight painting to fix some clipping near the lower parts on the back. Should be a lot better now!
* Edited the holiday socks in a way that should lessen some clipping that I noticed.
V1.03 released! Changes should include:
* Added in a holiday outfit! It includes a dress with arm warmers, socks, a hat, and a bow. Certain shapekeys and shapekey combos may not work with the dress!
* Edited the texture baker to have a bleed of 100 to hopefully stop an issue I noticed when being seen at a distance (was wrong colors around seams)
* Added new text into the texture maker which if followed should speed up the baking significantly.
* Reorganized some of the components in the Unityproject to be on the applicable objects and also organized the scene some. This should ideally make it a lot easier to find things for editing them and also hopefully fixes an upload error involved when deleting objects you don't want on the model.
* Changed Hand and non-thumb Finger colliders to be custom.
V1.02 released! Changes should include:
* Edited texture maker to fix weird line that could appear around or on seams and simplified the UI a little bit
* Updated some of the shaders and enabled the tech that helps prevent clipping through someone's view as easily
* Edited bunny tail physbone (I had it set to something like immobile all .9 instead of world .9)
* Edited some physbone settings to turn off stretch
* Moved a text object
* Changed Head and Foot colliders to be custom
* Moved View Position forward a bit
* Changed "Socks+Arm Warmers Mask 2.png" to hopefully lessen an issue I noticed
Version 1.01: Release version!
* Optimized the model a bit by removing some shapekeys compared to 1.0 which was mostly stuff like backups or duplicates from when I was modeling.
* Edited some instructions.
